Long and Short distances:
Complete the stage distance between 00:00-23:59 each day
SHORT DISTANCES -
DAY 1/STAGE 1 : 20km
DAY 2/STAGE 2 : 25km
DAY 3/STAGE 3 : 15km: Remember to submit your time after completion of each stage, and keep in mind the minimum elevation of 100m per stage in order for us to accurately determine your live ranking on our leaderboard, should you want to be in contention for top spot and prize money
You can only do one stage per day, and it's compulsory to start this event with 20km on Day 1, followed by a tough 25km on Day 2, and end off the Multi-Stage Race with 15km on Day 3.
LONG COURSE -
DAY 1/STAGE 1 : 31km
DAY 2/STAGE 2 : 59km
DAY 3/STAGE 3 : 45km
