All three days start and finish at the same venue.

Day 1 A 66 kilometre ride into the picturesque Sundays River Valley. You cross the river at several points and ride through parts of the Addo Elephant National Park. The total ascent is 1,400 metres.


Day 2 The route is 78 kilometres long with 1,970 metres of climbing. This stage features remote, untouched sections of the Addo Elephant National Park, as you ride along the southern and northern ridges of the Zuurberg Mountains with panoramic views overlooking the Karoo.


Day 3 The shortest at 50 kilometres and 1,380 metres of ascent. The route hugs the southern slopes of the Zuurberg Mountains as you ride over purpose-built single track.
